We at Diomen strive to ensure that each dress rental is as expected. In case you have concerns about a rented dress, we have a return and refund process within certain limits. Here’s what you need to know to understand how this works.

2. Return and Refund Conditions

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the rental dress is one of the following upon delivery:

  • The item received is not even close to what was ordered.
  • The issue means the dress cannot be worn.
  • The size does not correspond to what was selected during booking.
  • Color is not in accordance with what was booked.

In such cases, the item has to be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. This request should be made within 24 hours of receiving the dress.

3. Refund Process

After the return request is approved, the bank transfer will be made. Customers are required to provide correct account details for the transaction. However, the refund process will only be initiated after the returned dress is inspected and verified. Processing time may depend on bank procedures.

4. How to Request a Return

5. Additional Notes

  • Returns falling outside the specified conditions will be denied.
  • We do not reimburse for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued only by bank transfer; no other form is accepted.
